Company (Four Leaf) making the offer has the right to refuse service at their discretion. Offer is limited to geographical boundaries. Offers of 1 Day estimates are to be considered 1 business day not including holidays or weekends. If estimate is requested after 9AM Central Time Zone the 1 Day offer would officially start the following business day. Estimates must be sent electronically by email. If no email is provided the request for estimate will not be considered valid. Offer of 1 Day estimate only applies to roof replacement not roof repair estimates on single family residences. Physical Roof replacement and roof repairs can not be done in 1 day. Four Leaf has to come out and do a visual/physical inspection to verify the estimate and information provided by prospective customers. The physical/visual inspection can be done within 21 business days of request for estimate has been made. Offer is only applicable to prospective and verified residential customers in the Milwaukee, WI and Waukesha, WI metropolitan areas. If a customer calls into business for a replacement estimate they MUST mention the $500 offer otherwise any claim there on would be invalid. All $500 approved claims will be applied to the final invoice once agreed upon work has been completed. All potential claims be in writing to be approved. All claims must be made within 1 business day of expiration of 1 Day offer. $500 1 Day Quote only applies to residential single family Roof Replacements and will be sent electronically. These are just estimates and the company has the right to change or revise estimates upon completion of physical inspection of agreed upon property. Physical inspection of property is a requirement of offer. This offer does not apply to commercial buildings or businesses. Company has the right to refuse or not do the job if it does not fall in line with the scope of work described in the estimate or if the information provided by the customer is found to be incorrect or unfounded by the company estimator. This offer is only valid to Wisconsin Homeowners inside the Milwaukee or Waukesha Metropolitan boundaries. Prospective customers MUST CURRENTLY and LEGALLY OWN the house that estimate is being provided for at time of initial request.
